AWARDS: Six ribbons in each class awarded for JR and AA/Open (combined). Ribbon for Champion and Reserve Champion. Show management reserves the right to combine, divide, cap, or cancel classes as entries warrant.
ENTRIES: Forms available on SMDA website. Complete entries are processed according to postmark date. Pre-entries are not accepted. Make checks payable to Scarlet Day Farm. Once the show is full, entries are placed on a wait list. Entries must include: Negative Coggins within 36 months for in-state horses; within 12 months for out-of-state horses. Full payment including class fees and other fees. Class Fees: $25/class. $15/schooling on grounds. Other Fees: $5 office fee. $35 for nonnegotiable check. $10 SMDA non-member fee. *No refunds after closing date, including Acts of God, except for wait list entries not scheduled. USDF and USEF rules and regulations are followed.
TIMES: Tentative times are posted the Thursday prior to the show date on @ScarletDayFarm facebook page.  Official show times on day sheet provided at check-in on show day and will be followed.
STABLING: $25/day or $40/overnight. Email secretary to reserve. Limited availability; first come/first serve.
DIRECTIONS: From I95 (NB or SB), take exit 63. Turn right onto US-202 (Gray Road). Travel for 0.1 mile. Turn right onto Center Road. Travel 1.7 miles on Center Road. Farm is on the left. Please see attendant to check-in/park.
FOOTING: 100 x 200 (outdoor) sand arena for showing and 70 x 140 (covered) sand arena for warm-up. Intro through Training Level 2 held in small arena. Training Level 3 and above held in large arena. Musical Freestyle and Western Dressage held in large arena.
FOOD: No food available on show grounds. Convenience stores located within 1 mile of the show grounds.  Potable water available for horses and humans.
OTHER: No dogs allowed on grounds. Photographer onsite the day of the show. Please see facebook and/or photographer to order prints. Jackets required unless waived by judge. Farm rules posted for warm-up ring must be followed with a focus on a kind, supportive environment for horse and rider.
